Very efficient and friendly helpful agent. Just be aware and make sure you download the audio guide fully before you go un the gallery as the signal was very poor inside.

The girl meeting us was very polite and kind. She tried to skip some lines for us. The gallery of course was amazing and each room had so many beautiful and famous art pieces. I just wished I visited on a day that i had more time.

Clear que instructions, only waited 15 minutes to enter the Museum. Mobility accessible for people like me with a torn meniscus in my knee, plenty of places where sit and rest while enjoying the beauty of the art.

All went well on the tour at the Uffizi with our guide. The only hiccup was finding the meeting place. Other than that the entire process went smoothly and I really enjoyed walking with the guide.

A fantastic experience. Even if you arent a huge art fanatic, there is something magical about the building and the atmosphere. The rooftop cafe is also fabulous for a rest and the view.

I was given clear instructions on where to meet, which was followed up by reminders to be on time. Then I received my ticket and instructions and I had my time to myself and enjoyed it. The Audio guide was good and well structured.

The organization was very good. It was nice to have a friendly person hand us tickets and answer questions.

Museum was excellent. More to see than anticipated. Went earlier in the morning and it was not too crowded.

Great experience. It was nice to see beautiful and brilliant paintings by some of world's famous artists. I didn't face any issues in booking and received the tickets fast.

Received so many emails to be on time and then get worried as the staff were not actually there. Couldn’t activate the audio guide- something wrong with the QR code

The process of buying the tickets and meeting the required person on the day all went well. However, I originally booked 10.30 but had a phone call a few days before to say I would need to change my booking. As we had other things booked on the other day I was offered, I opted for 11.45 on the same day. Because entry was later I think the gallery was probably much busier than if we had been allowed to go at the original time. We did manage to download the audio guide but at first it was not clear in which room we started. We ended up giving up with the audio guide as it was impossible to really concentrate on it and work out what was what with so many people around. Some of the more popular paintings, eg the Bith of Venus were impossible to get close too as tour guides and their groups had crowded around it. For the top names in art the Uffizi wins but we enjoyed the quieter galleries like the Academia and the Duomo Museum, where you could breath, take you time to look and read about the art and not feel pushed out or pushed along by a huge crowd.

Very good comunication by chat. But, it World be better that, in the instructions, showing the detail of where will be the meeting point. A detailed map would be a good opción.

Your worker arrived half hour late. Also, the ticket you supplied was for 15 minutes later then what I ordered. I got in eventually, but it was quite unpleasant to wait around not knowing if I'll get in.

Too many small rooms in the first floor, paid 90 euro and didn't have guide or audio guide, impolite stuff. I have big experience in museums and uffizi was much less than I expected. Nice statues though

We enjoyed Uffizzi but were not able to download the audio app for some reason. Also, it was only available to me and not my husband. It was a piity but thanks for the opportunity to give feedback.

Could not download the audio guide til at the museum! Arrived at 3:15 as instructed. Waited til 4:15 to enter!! Chaos outside and In! No help from staff as to which way to go! Really disappointed. Audio guide a waste of time. Suggest you get there at least 30 minutes before your time
