When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets in the next few minutes, at least 10 minutes before the selected visit time.
Is it possible to change the time of the tickets or cancel the reservation?
No, it is currently not possible to make changes to ticket reservations. The cancellation policy is different for each monument, we recommend reading the section "Cancellation Policy" that you can find on the page of the reserved ticket.
How far in advance do I have to be at the monument?
You must arrive at least 15 minutes before the reserved time, on the ticket you will see the reservation time.
